ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JANUARY 11, 2007

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Ellen Abelson, Richard Gorden and

                   Mark Mazur

1.  The Board reviewed and approved as amended a revised version of our insert for the

      Town Report.

2.  The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2007 exemptions for the owners

     of the following parcels:

3.  The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2007 abatement applications for

4.  The Board discussed our fiscal year 2008 budget.  They reached a consensus

     about our budget.  However, before it is finalized they directed the Administrative

     Assessor to seek the input of the third member of our Board.

5.  In an effort to cut costs, the Board made new data entry plans.  The staff will do as

     much of the data entry as possible on Wednesdays when our office is closed to the

     public.  What our staff is unable to do, we will contract out.
